Discovering Me
MaveriQ Jackson (aka Mav Q) is a professional, a survivor, and a builder of many worlds — someone who has never taken the straight path, but has always walked it with purpose.
My story isn’t clean-cut or conventional, and I wouldn’t want it to be. I've worked the floors of busy warehouses and managed high-stakes operations for national telecom and aviation giants — not just pushing paper, but optimizing systems, leading teams, and keeping things moving when the pressure’s high and failure’s not an option.
But that’s only part of the story. I've also built a record label from scratch, brought music to life, and created space for emerging voices to be heard. I’ve run a salsa business. I’ve kept things moving behind the scenes and on the ground. And yes — I’ve worked in the adult entertainment industry. That chapter taught me more about power, trust, communication, and resilience than any corporate office ever could. I’m not ashamed of it — I’m proud of it. Because I know the strength it takes to survive and thrive in spaces most people judge without understanding.
I believe sex work is work, and I’ll always speak up for the rights, safety, and dignity of those in it. I’ve lived that life, and I know how powerful it can be when done with autonomy and care. I carry those lessons into every boardroom, brainstorm, and late-night phone call with someone who’s trying to figure out their next move.
What ties it all together? Love. Love for people. For truth. For freedom. I care deeply about helping others cut through the noise, build something real, and own who they are — fully, loudly, unapologetically.
